I've always been fascinated with the mind and the mind body connection, the untapped aspect of the mind we've fully yet to discover and now barely scratching the surface. However, it wasn't until my own personal experience with stuck unprocessed energy in the body from tucking away sadness from life's inevitable changes as a mother when my boys were leaving to the military that launched me deep into my studies of the Mind Body Breath connection and powers of the Subconscious Mind. In efforts to "hold it all together" with my best game face, I woke up unable to walk in agonizing pain, and ended up in the hospital for a week with no answers from the doctors. At that time I was about to start nursing school and due to my background as a Reiki Energy Practitioner, I decided to pursue the Holistic Approach to better understand my experience, as well as, in efforts to help others with their Healing Process and Life Transitions as well.

Went in for my first Numerology reading with my brother and was thoroghly impressed at the level of detail Natasha went through as she discussed my different numbers and howe they could potentially affect my future.
